(*) The registration fee includes: Conference attendance, the Book and the
CD-ROM Proceedings, coffee-breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner.
(**) The students must send a copy of a valid student card or an institutional
certification (MSc and PhD students are valid) together with the registration
form. Student fee does not include participation in the gala dinner.
(***) The registration fee Includes: participation in the tours of the social
program and the banquet.

Refund policy
All cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or
e-mail), addressed to Viagens Abreu S.A. All refunds will be made after the
Congress.
- Registration Fees
Registration refund requests received before the 30th of April will be charged
a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received
after the 1st of May.
- Hotel Reservation
Cancellations received before the 30th of April, will be entitled to a full
refund less bank expenses. After that date refunds will depend on each hotel
decision, case by case.
- Inscriptions in Tours (Social Program)
The prices of the tour program are available for a minimum of 40 participants.
Cancellations received before 30th of April, will be entitled to a full refund
less bank expenses. Cancellations from 30th of April on will be entitled to
a 50% refund.
